Made to Order
Every map is custom-printed on demand, produced specifically for your order, not from pre-made inventory. That shapes the policy below.
Our Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a lifetime guarantee on quality and workmanship. If an item has a defect, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@clubhousemaps.com with photos and a description of the problem, including images of the packaging. We’ll replace the item at no additional charge and send the replacement as soon as possible.
Filing a Claim
File any claim within 7 days of receiving your order (or within a reasonable time in the case of non-delivery). We’ll review your claim within 48 hours unless we notify you otherwise.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Because each map is made to order, we don’t accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, sizing expectations, or minor color variations between your screen and the printed product. If a non-defective item is returned, the customer or reseller is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Where a refund applies, ClubhouseMaps may issue a full, partial, or no refund at its sole discretion.
Lost or Undelivered Shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us and we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to locate the shipment or arrange a replacement.
Product Accuracy
We do our best to represent every map accurately, but we don’t warrant that the final printed item will look exactly as shown on the website (color and minor variations can occur), or that all mapped information and locations are 100% accurate. These are not considered defects.
