The Short Version
We collect only what we need to take your order, deliver it, keep the store running, and (if you opt in) email you. We use trusted services like our payment processor and our print-and-ship partner to do that. We don’t sell your personal information. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your data at any time.
Who We Are
ClubhouseMaps.com is operated from St. Louis, Missouri. We design and sell custom map art through our online store. For any privacy question or request, email us at info@clubhousemaps.com.
What Information We Collect and Why
While You Browse
As you use the store, our ecommerce software (WooCommerce) automatically notes:
- Products you’ve viewed — so we can do things like show you items you looked at recently.
- Your location, IP address, and browser type — used for things like estimating tax and shipping.
- Your shipping address (when you enter it) — so we can estimate shipping and, of course, send you your order.
We also use cookies to remember what’s in your cart while you browse.
When You Order or Create an Account
At checkout we ask for your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, payment details, and optional account information like a username and password. We use this information to:
- Send you information about your account and order
- Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Set up your account, if you create one
- Comply with legal obligations, such as calculating taxes
- Improve our store
- Send you marketing messages, only if you choose to receive them
If you create an account, we store your name, address, email, and phone number to make future checkouts faster. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider — we never store your full card number on our servers.
When You Join Our Email List
If you sign up for our newsletter or “notify me” list, we collect your email address to send you product news and updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Cookies and Tracking
- Essential: WooCommerce session cookies remember your cart and login. The store can’t work without these.
- Performance: Our caching system (LiteSpeed) uses cookies to serve pages faster.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized usage data so we can understand how the site is used. These are only set after you consent through our cookie banner.
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the cookie banner at any time.
Embedded Content
Pages on this site may include embedded content (for example, images or videos). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you had visited that other website, and those sites may collect data about you, set cookies, and monitor your interaction with that content.
Who on Our Team Can See Your Information
Members of our team can access the information you provide. For example, store administrators and managers can see order information (what was purchased, when, and where it ships) and customer information (your name, email, and billing and shipping addresses). They use this only to fulfill orders, process refunds, and support you.
Who We Share Your Data With
We share information with the third parties that help us run the store and deliver your orders. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
- WooCommerce Payments (powered by Stripe, operated by Automattic) — payment processing. When you pay, some of your data is passed to the payment provider, including the purchase total and billing information needed to process or support the payment. - Lumaprints — our print-on-demand production and shipping partner. We share your name and shipping address so your order can be printed and delivered.
- Shipping carriers — we share your shipping address and order details so carriers can deliver your package and provide tracking.
- Google Analytics — anonymized site-usage data, only with your consent.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your information only as long as we need it. Specifically:
- Order data (name, email, billing and shipping addresses) is kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.
- Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it.
- Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics’ default settings.
- Cookie-consent records are kept so we can show we honored your choices.
Marketing Emails
If you’ve opted in to marketing, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing info@clubhousemaps.com. Opting out of marketing doesn’t stop essential order-related emails (like receipts and shipping updates), which we send to complete your purchase.
Your Privacy Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements, such as tax records)
- Port a copy of your data
- Opt out of analytics tracking and marketing

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you live in California, you have the right to: know and access the personal information we collect, delete it, correct it, opt out of its sale or sharing, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Other U.S. States
If you live in a state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, and others), you generally have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your data, and to opt out of targeted advertising or sale. You may also appeal if we deny a request. Email info@clubhousemaps.com to exercise these rights or to appeal.
Children’s Privacy
This store is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact info@clubhousemaps.com.
How We Protect Your Data
Our site is served over HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate. Payments are handled by a PCI DSS Level 1–certified payment processor, so your full card details never touch our servers. We also use brute-force login protection, disabled XML-RPC, and restricted access to the site’s programming interface.
International Visitors
We operate from the United States, and your information is processed here. If you access the store from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top, and we’ll post any material changes on this page. We review this policy at least once a year.
